Read Before Flight


As an Airline we care for our customers' safe flight. Kindly please read the following rules for your safety and better flight experience.

Check-in procedures

Check-in counter is opened 3 hours prior to flight. Check-in counters close 45 minutes before the departure. Online check-in starts 24 hours before the flight.

Free baggage allowance

Maximum allowed baggage is 30 kg + 7kg Hand Baggage for Tehran flights, 1 piece 23 kg + 7 kg hand baggage for Tbilisi, Moscow, Delhi, Hurghada, Kazan, Batumi flights. Also during October 2023, the free baggage allowance for Yerevan-Sochi-Yerevan flights will be 2 pieces (23kg+23kg); but only for one month! According to the flight safety requirements, the entire baggage (including cabin luggage), which is carried by passengers, must be shown to our check-in staff. We do not recommend to have money, jewelry, important documents, personal computers and passports in the checked luggage. Do never leave your baggage unattended. Unattended baggage will be removed by Airport Security.

When you are exhausted of your trips, you can return to the Capital City Yerevan, which is old and still young at the same time. Visit Museums, Matenadaran, the largest archive of ancient books in Armenia. At last have fun with friends at the city-centre wineries and pubs.
